Note regarding Dead Pixels / Stuck Pixels

As indicated in our return policy, we have an acceptable level of 0-4 allowable number of dead pixels which are defined by the industry ISO 13406-2 standard. Each manufacturer follows a different standard but this is the most universally accepted. This number of dead/stuck pixels varies depending on the total number of pixels on your screen. A maximum of 2 dead or stuck pixels per million. See the chart below.
