Note regarding Dead Pixels / Stuck Pixels

As indicated in our return policy, we have an acceptable level of 0-4 allowable number of dead pixels which are defined by the industry ISO 13406-2 standard. Each manufacturer follows a different standard but this is the most universally accepted. This number of dead/stuck pixels varies depending on the total number of pixels on your screen. A maximum of 2 dead or stuck pixels per million. See the chart below.

If you experience more than the maximum number of dead or stuck pixels on your screen, you may return the screen back to us for a refund or replacement. Please see our return instructions here.
