Fulfillment by Amazon
Amazon fulfilled items are items which were shipped by Amazon from their warehouse. Amazon is responsible for the timliness and condition of the item that is received by you. They also handle basic customer support and return process for the customer.
Amazon fuifilled items are still covered by our screen replacement warranty and we still offer technical support for them, but the returns process within the 30 day return poilcy is handled completely by Amazon.
If your order is fulfilled by Amazon and you need to return the screen back for any reason within the 30 day return policy, you should use Amazon's return page to process the return. You should also use this page if you receive an item in damaged condition.
