9 Month Replacement Warranty

Your screen is warrantied for 9 months against defects which include issues affecting the function of the screen. This includes the quality of the picture as well as the operation of the backlight. The warranty does not cover the physical damage of the screen (cracks, scratches, dents, etc..) or accidental damage. Please refer to our return policy if you receive a screen in damaged condition.


Return Policy

You may return the screen to us for ANY reason within 30 days of receipt as long as the screen is returned in the SAME CONDITION as you received it. Physically damaged screens must be reported within 30 days of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

For our Amazon Customers

If you are a requesting a replacement of your screen, you may go through this RMA page to start the return of the screen. This page should be used for all warranty replacements.

If you are requesting a refund, please use Amazon's own return page to process your return. Please be aware that this return page will not give you the option of receiving a replacement screen.


For our eBay Customers

If you are an eBay customer, you may go through this RMA page to start the return the of screen. You will be given an option of receiving a replacement or a refund.
